An aggregate deposit located in a prime location with close access to Highway 22 providing access to key markets such as Calgary to the south and Rocky Mountain House to the north. A resource estimate indicates that there are at least 10 million tonnes of sand and gravel on the site and is a high quality gravel source. All permits required for a permitted pit have been completed and submitted to Alberta Environment and Parks and the County; and are in the late stages of the approval process.
